5. User Responsibilities

By subscribing, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number provided and consent to receive automated SMS messages from RanchWare.

6. Limitation of Liability

RanchWare is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier or network issues.
